New Year! New You?

Hi Loves!

First things first, Happy 2017 to all my readers. I'd like to wish you guys all the best for 2017.



It's the start of a new year and a lot of us are thinking of ways that we could improve our lives. I personally don't do New Years resolutions mainly because I feel under pressure and I never complete anything on that list. What I do is set one goal at a time and see if I can stick to it. When that one task is finished I move to the next one.

Currently I'm focused on my health and well being. Lately I have been neglecting myself to the point where I had a hard time looking at myself in the mirror. My problem was not with the weight gain but not feeling pretty in my own skin. I've gone past that now...

This year I'm hoping to stick to clean eating habits, pampering myself and loving myself. I also wish to focus less on weight loss and focus more on self acceptance. You do not need to be a certain weight or shape to slay. This year I am being myself and I want to be the best me that I can be. So no new Kanya here! Just a better one :)

I hope you can find inspiration from this post and I will keep you guys posted on my health journey and many more other things on the blog.
